1. Return Window
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s).
2. Eligibility Requirements
For a successful return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

Include all original tags, packaging, and labels.

Be accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
3. How to Initiate a Return

If approved, we’ll email you:

A prepaid return shipping label (domestic U.S. returns).

Instructions for international returns.

❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected.
4. Fees & Deductions

Opened products: Subject to a restocking fee (if applicable).

Refused deliveries: 35% restocking fee deducted if carrier returns package to us.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect orders immediately upon delivery. Email admin@huwoony.com within 7 days with:

Photos/videos of the issue.

We’ll arrange replacements or refunds.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.).

Custom/personalized items.

Personal care products (skincare, cosmetics).

Hazardous materials (flammables, gases).

Sale items or gift cards.
8. Exchanges
For a different size/color:

Return the original item.

Place a new order once your return is approved.
Exchanges are processed faster than combined return/re-shipments.
9. Refund Process

Step 1: We inspect returned items upon arrival (1–3 business days).

Step 2: You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/rejection.

Step 3: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
