1. What is the estimated delivery date?

Most orders for U.S. customers are shipped from warehouses within the United States. Typically, customers receive orders within 3-5 business days. For bulk or out-of-stock items, we may ship from international warehouses near your location, with delivery taking 7-15 business days.

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • 2-5 business days after processing.
  • U.S. Domestic Shipping (48 contiguous states).

Note: Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico may take longer.

International Shipping

Delivery times vary by carrier and service level. Allow extra time for customs clearance.

2. How do I track my order?

3. Standard vs. Expedited Shipping

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses may require additional time.


4. Where do we ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and 220+ countries/territories. Availability is confirmed automatically at checkout.


5. Why does tracking show "Scheduled Pending"?

This status means your package is awaiting final scan and dispatch from a carrier facility. If no movement updates occur after 3+ days, contact the carrier directly or email us at admin@huwoony.com for support.


6. I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I fix it?

  • Before shipment: Email admin@huwoony.com immediately. We’ll attempt to update your address.

  • After shipment: Contact the unintended recipient to forward the package. Notify us for further assistance.


7. Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

  • Yes! For APO/FPO addresses:

    • Enter APO or FPO in the "City" field during checkout.

  • ⚠️ Important:

    • Only Standard Shipping is available.

    • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
